SHIPPING POLICY

Upon confirmation of payment for the order (“Order(s)”), the Company directly ships the Order via third party logistic partners.

Your Orders undergo thorough inspection before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

Consequently, the Users shall be issued a tracking ID to monitor their Order via the Website.

If the Order is shipped through multiple shipments, a tracking ID shall be issued against each such shipment.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) post-confirmation and delivered within 7 to 8 working days from dispatch.  

However, delivery to certain regions may extend up to 10-15 working days due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Users shall be duly communicated in case of any such delay.

During sales events, shipment may experience delays due to increased volumes.

The Users must note that all the timelines are provided are based on assumptions and could change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The shipping charges varies in accordance with the dimension, height, weight, and location of delivery of the Orders. The Users can view the levied shipping charges upon checkout.

While our delivery partners are dedicated for optimal delivery, if unable to do so, orders will be returned to the Company, and customers will be given options for return or exchange as per the Company’s return and refund policy.
