Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@vaidibhyo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All return or exchange requests are subject to evaluation and approval by our support team.
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, saleable condition
- The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase
- A Return / Exchange Authorization Number issued by our grievance redressal team must be included with the return
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@vaidibhyo.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
- A copy of the invoice or order confirmation
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution, at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Email us at support@vaidibhyo.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return / Exchange Authorization Number, if approved
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund, as applicable
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes inspection
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product
Important Notes
- Products once used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or exchange
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective
